Administrative details

  • Home office: Westmount, Montreal or Quebec branch
  • Permanent full-time position (35 hours) daytime, Monday to Friday

A glimpse of your daily life:

  • In listening mode, you target and analyze customer needs
  • Advise and propose the best insurance products for each customer
  • Manage policy renewals and changes.
  • You review contracts to ensure a good retention rate.
  • Follow up on files (payment, documents to be sent)
  • And through all this, you represent the Fort values

The experience we’re looking for:

  • You hold, or are in the process of obtaining, your AMF licence as a personal-lines damage insurance broker.
  • You can quickly understand and analyze other people’s needs and propose solutions.
  • You’re a pro at customer experience, offering courteous, efficient, quality service.
  • You have a thirst for knowledge (you’re passionate!)
  • You know how to organize your tasks and manage your priorities
  • You have a perfect knowledge of French and English to advise our English-speaking customers and/or our international partners.

  • You are autonomous and know how to manage your responsibilities/priorities.
  • You are detail-oriented and tactful.
  • You are comfortable working with computer systems.
  • You are professional, take initiative and are rigorous.
  • You have good interpersonal skills.
